Individual Sessions
In-person and one on one, sessions draw from a range of personalized, somatic modalities including guided imagery, breath work, and gentle movement. Together we cultivate a feeling of safety and presence in the body.
Virtual Sessions
Remote sessions are also very effective. We use the same somatic modalities: guided imagery, gentle movement, and breath work in service of the client’s cultivated safety and presence in their own body.
