Hi, I’m Julie. I’ve been a performer, dancer, and a lifelong yoga practitioner. I began studying somatic healing after being diagnosed with a chronic illness and cancer. Rediscovering how to trust my body has been a mighty journey. I love what I do and I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to guide others in support of their own well being.
Somatic Healing
A healing session centers on integration of mind and body. We invite the body into conversation with the mind, creating space for feelings to be acknowledged and “composted” into new forms of understanding and self-compassion.
Sessions draw from a range of somatic modalities, guiding individuals toward cultivating safety and presence in their own bodies. By supporting the nervous system with embodied awareness, clients can discover a sense of wholeness, grounding, and connection.
